About The Program

Our Program Is UNIQUE

Via a six-week online cohort coupled with an in-person two-day intensive, cannabis founders and professionals complete structured exercises and receive expert training from leading subject matter experts and practitioners from the industry.

Upon completion of the program, BCB Mastermind graduates are equipped with the business plans, knowledge, network, and know how to scale their businesses into ones that reflect their potential.

Qualifications

The BCB Mastermind is open to cannabis business owners of color.
Be available for the mandatory in-person workshop for their cohort’s region ( see cohort calendar below).
Admitted cohort members must be willing to roll up their sleeves and WORK creating business plans, materials and processes. This is not a learning program where you passively sit and watch; this is a doing experience where you will get more done in 6 weeks than you might in 6 months or more. You must be ready to work.
Admitted cohort members must be willing to commit four hours a week to group training sessions, four hours a week for home work and group assignments, and two full days of in person training sessions for a total time commitment of: 65 total program hours
